1. What is the minimum order?
1000 Pairs (across any size range)
2. Can I get a free sample?
Paid samples are available as per as requirement and specifications.
3. What your payment terms?
For production orders our terms are 50% payment upon order
placement and 50% prior to the shipment leaving from Asia. Credit Card, wire transfer or check is acceptable. The production order will not be processed until the initial payment has been cleared, so please build this into your lead times.
4."Why should I order my shoes here?"

You will know exactly when your order is being shipped and if by chance there is a problem, we will contact you immediately and discuss with you how to solve the problem so that you will never be left wondering what is happening with your order. 5. How will I know the status of my order?
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by e-mail. A further e-mail will be sent on dispatch of your goods or if we have any queries. If there is a significant delay with your order we will e-mail you with the details. If you haven¡¯t heard from us, please e-mail info@lancerfootwear.com quoting your Order ID.
6. How do I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel an order up to its dispatch. To request a change to an order or a cancellation, e-mail us on info@lancerfootwear.com quoting your Order ID.
7. How soon will I receive my goods?
Our products are normally shipped within one business day of placing your order. A few items take longer and are marked with their normal dispatch times.
