1、 Needle turning section
In this process, all parts except the sole are sewn and assembled with a high head lathe, such as sewing, button binding, and bag making. Generally, there are 20 processes.
2、 Cutting section
1. Identify skin. A piece of cowhide with good buttocks and back, which can be used as upper, chicken heart and head row; Poor underarm.
2. Marking. According to different standards and requirements, the shape of the enclosure, chicken heart, back row, side row, tongue, horizontal sheet and other parts shall be marked on a piece of cowhide with templates.
3. Cutting. Use the blanking machine to cut off the cut parts one by one. Pay attention to consistent location, direction and angle.
4. Scaling. Grind the edges of the cut leather parts with different shapes evenly.
5. Inspection. Check whether each piece of leather has defects such as blood veins and scars. If there are any, remove this piece of leather.
3、 Forming line
1. Soak the chemical skin. A material used to soak the shoe heel with disinfectant water.
2. Put the main heel. Material in the heel. Finalize.
3. Wrapping head. Objective To finalize the taproot.
4. Side line. Add the front collar, sew it up,
5. Main heel shaping. Use the main heel shaping machine for shaping.
6. Trim the lining. Remove some extra corners in order to stick.
7. Brush white glue. The purpose is to make the sole and upper stick together.
8. Front upper clamping bag. Make the shape of the shoes you want.
9. Pull the middle bag. Shape the middle part, and repair the situation that the front upper clamping bag is not in place.
10. The machine is used to make the heel. Set the heel.
11. Beat your shoes. Hammer out the head shape of leather shoes. Pointed head or round head, look here.
12. Heat setting. The vacuum sulfur adding box is used for hot baking and shaping.
13. Packing feet. Remove the nails in the needle section, remove the redundant corners and trim the previous work.
14. Clean the sole. Clean the sole and set it aside.
15. Beat the grinding wheel. Remove impurities and pores, and make the edges smooth.
16. Decontamination. Decontaminate with sole treatment agent.
17. Apply glue to the sole and upper. Prepare for bonding.
18. Brush glue twice after passing through the oven.
19. Re profiling. Glue on the sole.
20. Press. Pressurize it to make it more stable.
21. Refrigerator. Accelerate the glue condensation and enhance the firmness.
22. Pull the last. Take out the model.
23. Touch the nail. Check again and remove the missing nails.
24. Padded insole. Put in insoles of different sizes.
25. The upper is sprayed. The light sprayer sprays light.
26. Polishing. Polishing machine polishing.
27. Acceptance. The Quality Management Department conducts spot check and acceptance.
28. Add the article number sticker. For example, what material, what color, how many sizes, etc.
29. Packaging. Packing and shipping.
How long does it take to produce a pair of shoes?
A production line can produce about 1000 pairs of shoes a day. If it takes 10 hours a day, it can produce a pair of shoes in an average of 36 seconds.
Quality management: source control, process monitoring, result reverse tracking
1. Operate in strict accordance with the operation standard. The operator of each process is the inspector of the previous process.
2. Product sampling inspection.
3. Analyze the return of defective shoes and summarize the problems.
4. Process monitoring. Whether the standards are implemented in place.
5. Analyze the market complaints, feed back the analysis results to the production department, and then improve the process.
